Harvey Nusbaum, a Baltimore attorney, was sentenced on May 4 to one year and one day in prison for his part in a tax sale bid-rigging scheme. He is also required to pay an $800,000 fine for his misdeeds. His partner in the scheme, Jack W. Stollof, will be sentenced at a later date.
