Jack W. Stollof, the second of the three Baltimore men indicted in Federal court for tax-sale bid-rigging, was sentenced to home detention for one year and a fine of $800,000 for his part in the illegal scheme.  You can read more about his sentence in this Baltimore Sun article.

Stollof’s business partner, Harvey Nusbaum was sentenced to a year and a day in Federal prison, and the third man, Steve Berman (husband of attorney Heidi Kenny) will be sentenced July 9 of this year.  Berman accepted a plea deal and testified against the other two.
