Update:  (Thanks to Reader Rusty for the info!) Both properties are in receivership- Moshe entered into a “consent agreement” on 12/5- obviously he isn’t cooperating judging from the looks of that property. And “In Rem” judgement was entered against Transocean Investments on 5/24.

For those who don’t know, the word “drek” is Yiddish for “shit”.  Nice to see this slumlord thinks so highly of our city, and of his properties.  Judging by the number of housing violations, lead paint cases, injunctions, and foreclosures filed against him, perhaps this slumlord is also referring to his business practices?  Just a guess…

Registered Agent for Transocean Investments, LLC:  None listed.  This company is not registered with the State of Maryland.  The business address is a large home owned by Orji Uzor Kalu, a former Nigerian governor, whose girlfriend died “mysteriously” in the home.
