Sadly, the ownership of these properties have not changed since it was brought to our attention by Reader Rusty back in 2010.  You can view the original post here.  The other troublesome issue is the fact that the City issued a condemnation notice on this property in July of 2010 — why the owners haven’t been forced to either clean up the property or sell it is beyond me.

As part of the Wall Hunters project, this is the first of many abandoned properties in Baltimore to receive artwork from street artists from Baltimore and across the country.  If the property owners don’t care about their properties…or the community, it’s up to each of us to make sure we bring awareness to the problem and to those who are responsible.
