Below is a list of the nominees to the city’s Inclusionary Housing Board — note that all of them have relevant credentials for a body of people who are supposed to oversee the city’s housing developments, making sure affordable housing is included in the plans.
There’s one person who was nominated to the board — and he seems to be a bit of a mystery. Does anyone know who Donnell Scott is? I’ve asked Councilman Mosby several times, to no avail — he never bothered to respond. Considering Donnell Scott is in charge of representing District 7 on this board, you’d think Councilman Mosby would know a thing or two about him.
